Three Free Therapies Exercise

There are Three Free Therapies we can all do to enhance our physical, mental & emotional health.

We will start with Exercise, here is a picture of my favorite which is Zumba. Did you know that

Exercise releases serotonin (like Prozac) maybe that’s why we feel better after working out.

A combination of aerobic & anerobic exercise is best, but the best thing to do is find something

that is fun to do. Then stick with it. Remember, stress ages us & can make us sick, Exercise like

Acupuncture relaxes us & helps relieve stress.
